Saudi Arabia calculators — end of service, GOSI, VAT, Iqama, home finance

24 free tools. Every one runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

These calculators follow the Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree M/51) for end-of-service and overtime, GOSI's published contribution rates, ZATCA's 15% VAT and e-invoicing QR specification, and SAMA's loan-to-value limits for home finance. Iqama and levy amounts are the commonly cited figures and are flagged on the page until confirmed against the Ministry of Interior notice.

Saudi rules differ from the UAE in ways that matter: end-of-service is half a month per year for five years then a full month, resignation reduces it in thirds, and expats carry a monthly levy that employers budget for. Each page states the rule it applies and links to the official source.

Salary

Saudi End of Service Calculator (EOSB)

Calculate your Saudi Arabia end-of-service benefit (EOSB) for resignation or termination, per Saudi Labor Law.

Saudi end-of-service benefit is half a month's wage for each of the first five years and a full month's wage per year after that. On resignation the employee receives one third after 2–5 years, two thirds after 5–10 years and the full amount after 10 years; termination by the employer pays the full amount.

Saudi Salary Calculator — Take-Home, GOSI & Cost to Employer

Saudi take-home pay after GOSI (9.75% for Saudis, nil for expats) with no income tax, end-of-service accrual, employer GOSI, expat levy and medical insurance — real monthly pay and the real cost to the employer.

Saudi Arabia has no income tax; Saudi employees pay 9.75% GOSI (9% pension + 0.75% SANED) on basic plus housing up to SAR 45,000 and expatriates pay nothing. A Saudi on SAR 10,000 basic + 2,500 housing + 1,000 transport takes home SAR 12,281; the employer adds 11.75% GOSI (2% for expats plus the SAR 800 monthly expat levy) and end-of-service accrues at half a month's wage a year for five years, then a full month.

Saudi Article 77 Compensation Calculator (Termination)

Compensation owed when a Saudi employment contract is ended without a valid reason: 15 days of wages per year (indefinite) or the remaining-term wages (fixed), the two-month minimum, notice pay in lieu and the end-of-service award.

Article 77 of the Saudi Labor Law makes a party that ends a contract without a valid reason pay 15 days of actual wages (basic plus fixed allowances) per year of service on an indefinite contract, or the wages for the remaining term on a fixed-term contract, never less than two months of wages — on top of notice pay in lieu (60 days from the employer, 30 from the employee) and the end-of-service award; an employer dismissing a SAR 11,000-a-month employee after 3 years 4 months without notice owes about SAR 62,300.

Saudi Sick Leave Calculator (Article 117)

Sick pay for an absence under Saudi Labor Law Article 117 — 30 days at full wage, 60 at three-quarters, 30 unpaid within a year — placing your days in the right tier, with pay lost and entitlement remaining.

Saudi Labor Law Article 117 gives 120 days of sick leave within a year from the first day of sickness — 30 days at full wage, 60 at three-quarters and 30 unpaid, continuous or intermittent — on the actual wage divided by 30, so 45 sick days on SAR 11,000 a month pay SAR 15,125 against SAR 16,500 of normal salary; the employer may only terminate once the 120 days are exhausted, with full end-of-service.

Saudi Customs Duty & Import VAT Calculator

Estimate what you pay to clear goods into Saudi Arabia: customs duty on the CIF value by category, 15% VAT on top, and the landed cost per unit.

Saudi Real Estate Transaction Tax (RETT) Calculator

5% Real Estate Transaction Tax on any Saudi property price, the first-home support for citizens (state pays RETT up to SAR 1m), the 2% non-Saudi fee, brokerage at the 2.5% cap and bank costs — the cash you need to complete.

Saudi property sales carry a 5% Real Estate Transaction Tax (RETT) instead of VAT, payable to ZATCA within 30 days; for eligible Saudi citizens the state bears the RETT on the first SAR 1,000,000 of a first home, so a SAR 1.5 million first home pays SAR 25,000 instead of SAR 75,000.
