About Calfyo
Calfyo publishes 257 free online calculators for people who need a number they can act on: take-home salary, income tax, VAT, loan instalments, mortgage affordability, end-of-service gratuity, savings growth, property fees and business set-up costs. The calculators cover Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and the EU, plus a set that works in any currency.
Where the figures come from
Every calculator runs on a dated rules file: tax brackets, withholding rates, contribution ceilings, thresholds and formulas copied from the official authority — FBR, SBP, MOHRE, GOSI, ZATCA, HMRC, the IRS, the CRA, the ATO, the ECB and others — with the source named on each page and the date it was last checked printed under the result. When an authority changes a rule, the rules file is updated and the date moves.
What a result is — and is not
A result is an estimate from published rules and the assumptions listed on the page. It is not tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace the figure a qualified adviser, a lender or the authority itself will give you for a real transaction. Each page says what it assumes so you can judge whether your case fits.
Privacy by design
The calculators run entirely in your browser. Salaries, loan amounts, invoices and files never leave your device; there is no account, no sign-up and nothing to delete afterwards. The site is funded by advertising, which is described in the privacy policy.
Corrections
If a calculator gives a figure you believe is wrong, use the "Found an error?" link at the foot of that page and include the inputs, the result and the rule or source you expected. Confirmed corrections are published within a week and noted on the editorial policy page.
