HTML source (for Outlook desktop's signature editor or your CRM):
In short
An email signature that renders the same in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail is a simple HTML table with inline styles, system fonts, text links and at most one image hosted on a public https URL — no external CSS, no local images, about four lines long.
Who this is for: Anyone who needs a professional email signature for Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail without a design tool or subscription.
How to install the signature
- Gmail: click Copy signature, then Gmail → Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new → paste. Save changes at the bottom.
- Outlook (web / new Outlook): Settings → Accounts → Signatures → paste into the editor.
- Outlook desktop (classic): File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste. If the layout shifts, paste the HTML code into a text file, save it as signature.htm, and drop it into %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures.
- Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → paste. Untick "Always match my default message font".
The signature is a simple table with inline styles and no external CSS, images limited to a public URL, and system fonts only — the combination that renders the same in every major client. Keep it to about four lines; long signatures get clipped in Gmail replies.

Assumptions
- Output is a single HTML table with inline styles and system fonts; no external CSS or scripts.
- Images are referenced by the URL you give; the tool does not host or resize them.
- 'Copy signature' copies the rendered HTML to the clipboard; 'Copy HTML code' copies the source.
Worked example
Name, title and company on the right; a 90-px-wide logo from a public URL on the left, separated by a 2-px accent rule. Phone and email link with tel: and mailto: so they work on mobile. Total HTML: under 1 KB.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my logo show as a broken image?
Email clients can only display images hosted on a public https:// URL — not a file on your computer or a Google Drive share link. Upload the logo to your website (or an image host) and paste the direct link that ends in .png or .jpg.
Can I add social icons?
This tool uses text links, which always render and are not blocked by image-blocking settings. If you need icons, host small PNGs on your site and link them in the HTML code.
Does this work for company-wide signatures?
For a whole team use the HTML code with a signature management tool or your Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace admin console, replacing the personal fields per user.
Is anything uploaded?
No. Everything is assembled in your browser; the page makes no network request with your details.
